Anger Solutions Atlanta offers an eight-hour Saturday Atlanta Anger Management Class for individuals that have been mandated by a local, county, or state court system; a probation services department; by the Solicitor Generals office; or a systems evaluator. For those needing more than eight hours of course work, we have options for you too. Just call to discuss. This class is designed for those that are required to attend ‘hourly’ sessions as opposed to ‘weekly’ sessions. Please be sure to verify with your appointing party as to which category you fall under, as ‘weekly’ mandated individuals may only attend our Tuesday or Wednesday classes or individual, one-on-one sessions.

THE ANGER SOLUTIONS ATLANTA ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASS
Our eight-hour Saturday Anger Management Class is designed to facilitate the teaching of the Anderson and Anderson model of anger management : “RE-CONNECTING YOU: A Complete Guide to Anger Management” by anger management expert Omega Angell. During the course of this class clients can expect to learn the tools necessary for:
- Anger Management
- Stress Management
- Communication
- Emotional Intelligence
- Mindfulness
Upon completion of the Anger Solutions Atlanta anger management curriculum each client will receive:
- A copy of the book “Re-Connecting You” the curriculum facilitated by Anger Solutions Atlanta.
- A Letter of Completion detailing our curriculum and the amount of hours a client has attended addressed to courts, Judges, probation department, etc. as required.
- A Certificate Of Completion from the Certified Anger Management Facilitators of Anger Solutions Atlanta.
ATTENDING THE SATURDAY CLASS
Attendees of Anger Solutions Atlanta’s Saturday Anger Management Class are required to bring all court ordered documentation (unless the client is pre-trial or volunteer) for the completion of their letters of completion. This class is held each Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM at our Grant Park location. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED, paid in full, on the day of attendance. Anger Solutions Atlanta accepts CASH, VISA, MASTER CARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS. Anger Solutions Atlanta does not accept insurance or personal checks. The total cost is $200.00 and includes all materials, facilitation of class, letters of completion and a certificate of completion.
Attendees are expected to arrive at 8:50 AM. A facilitator will meet with the Saturday group at our Grant Park location to escort them to the Anger Solutions Atlanta office. We will take two 15 minute breaks during the course of the day, (at 11;00 AM & 3:30 PM) and a lunch at 1:00 PM. Attendees may either bring their own lunch or extra money for lunch, as there are many restaurant options near our location. Our Saturday anger management class is typically finished by 5:30 PM, but attendees are advised to allow for extra time for the completion of all letters and certificates of completion.
Our office is conveniently located in Grant Park near the intersections of I-20 and the I-75/85 connector. Our office is close to Grant Park, Cyclorama, and the Atlanta Zoo in Fulton County. Anger Solutions Atlanta offers many different options for individuals mandated to an anger management program by local, city, county, or state courts, a probation services department, a lawyer or attorney, solicitor general or by an evaluator. Each Judge, Probation Officer, Solicitor General, and Lawyer in every county has a different requirement for fulfilling your anger management obligation. It is the client’s responsibility to know what is acceptable to fulfill their requirements. Some of the requirements may be as follows:

Pre and Post Class Assessments for 4, 8, 12, 26, and 52 week anger management classes

Non-Assessment 8-52 week anger management classes

A One Day 8 hour anger management group class (held each Saturday)

An accelerated One or Two Day 8-12 hour intensive anger management class (Two day classes are 4 hours each for an eight hour requirement; 6 hours each for a twelve-hour requirement and must be completed within consecutive days or weeks). Hourly individuals may opt for our Wednesday evening group class or for individual one-on-one sessions as opposed to a Saturday class or the 8 & 12 hour intensive sessions. We will do our best to accommodate each client and their individual needs.
